The Ellesmere Wharf development by Cornovii includes a range of detached and semi detached 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and 1 and 2 bedroom bungalows. Our generously spaced 2 bedroom homes are ideal for local first time buyers.
All homes will be built to Nationally Described Space Standards and designed and constructed to reduce carbon emissions to enhance comfort for residents.
The development benefits from easy access to the range of amenities on offer in Ellesmere town and all homes will benefit from direct access to the canal tow path from the development.
Our current ideas are subject to detailed consultation with the local community, stakeholders and the Local Planning Authority.
We invited our neighbours to share their views and comments on our indicative plans for the site. Our online consultation ended 22nd September 2020 and we would like to thank everyone that took part by completing a consultation form either online or at Ellesmere Town Hall. Your comments have been considered and a full planning application has been submitted to the Local Planning Authority.
If you would like to make a formal comment on the planning application that has been submitted, please go to Shropshire Council website by clicking on this link https://shropshire.gov.uk/planning/news/how-to-comment-on-a-planning-application/
Cornovii Developments will work with the local community to ensure that our redevelopment enhances the local area and disruption during the construction period is minimised.
Construction activity is necessarily disruptive but it is also exciting and can provide opportunities for the local community and local people.
We are committed to working with local companies and local people who want to work as part of the redevelopment process. It’s not all about site labour – important though that is – and our forthcoming social values pages will outline our approach to job opportunities.
We will provide several financial contributions for local amenities as part of the proposed development and working with our construction partners we will be seeking further ways to optimise the benefits of our activity for local residents.
